One Stop Support Center

Our Advocates work with you to address a wide variety of needs, providing wraparound services and referrals through an advocacy-based model of support.

We believe the social and health needs of our rural community are best addressed through collaborative, integrated services that are offered as close to home as possible because every person deserves access to the resources they need to thrive.

Our Model of Support

We use an Advocacy Based Model to honor the dignity and self-determination of community members who walk through our doors. We not only support your connection to resources - we are here to walk alongside you in times of need.

We want anyone seeking help to feel comfortable reaching out no matter the circumstance or situation. Here are some ways we can support:

Healthcare navigation, safety planning, mental health referrals, elder resources, food and nutrition, access to County and State resources, referral to legal resources, access to reproductive health, and much more.

We currently facilitate support groups for parents of young children and family caregivers. Room One also hosts other types of support groups and classes led by community members. Many of our groups form based on community need and interest. For the most current support group calendar, please call Room One.

Having basic needs met such as food, clothing, and hygiene is essential. We offer a free produce program in the summer, free hygiene and non-perishable food year round, and a robust Baby Item Exchange for kiddos 0-5 years old.

Additionally, if you are needing access to a pregnancy test or emergency contraception (aka the morning after pill) we do offer these at no cost.
