Provides an introduction to education, along with daycare, one meal, and one snack each day for children ages 3-5 years in low-income families.

Helps Families pay for child care through either Working Connections Child Care or Seasonal Child Care. Apply by Phone, online, or at your local Community Services Office.
Provides assistance with the Child Support process. Services include assistance with proving paternity, filing appropriate paperwork, and collecting past due support payments.
