Mental Health
We at Room One believe in supporting your entire health and well-being, which means helping you find pathways to self-regulation, de-escalation from crisis, managing stress, and getting access to clinical support for mental illness. Many of our team are trained in trauma-informed advocacy, some have Social Work and Counseling degrees, and all of us believe in de-stigmatizing the negative associations around mental health and mental illness.
Getting support around your mental health can look like many different things. Whether it's finding a Therapist or Counselor, getting connected to a Clinician, finding a support group, or getting your basic needs met so that you can focus on your self-care, we are here for you.
If you are a parent or home health care worker, one of our support groups may be a good fit. Please visit our Support Groups Page to learn more. If you are a youth or young adult experiencing homelessness or housing instability, you may be eligible to receive free counseling through our Youth Homelessness Program. Visit our Youth Homelessness Page to get more details.
