We’re proud to be part of the Methow Valley Elder Care Coordination Network—a coalition of local social and medical service providers and dedicated volunteers working together to support our valley’s elders.
We’re proud to be part of the Methow Valley Elder Care Coordination Network—a coalition of local social and medical service providers and dedicated volunteers working together to support our valley’s elders. With a focus on rurally relevant, community-based long-term care, the Network is building programs, supportive services, and a skilled workforce to meet the needs of residents aged 65 and older.
One of the Network’s key initiatives, the Advance Care Planning Group, brings together Methow At Home, the Lookout Coalition, Okanogan Palliative Care, Room One, and passionate volunteers to help ensure elders' voices are heard and respected in their care journeys.
This work is made possible thanks to a $300,000 network development grant from the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA). Learn more at HRSA.gov.
