The Support Center

Offers crisis intervention and victim advocacy for sexual assault, child abuse, domestic violence and other crimes. Provides assistance with medical issues and legal issues. Representatives will accompany a victim to court, the police station, hospitals etc. Help with Shelter (for intimate partner violence), clothing and transportation are also available.

Serving Douglas and Chelan Counties as a Crime Victim Service Center and Child and Family Advocacy Center. Services are free of charge and include: counseling, advocacy, emergency shelter, safety planning, emergency cell phones, community education and support groups.

Address Confidentiality Program

Records protection and mail forwarding service, used as part of an overall safety plan to prevent perpetrators from locating participants through public records such as driver’s licenses, voter registries and marriage records. To access this program, contact the Support Center to be connected to an Application Assistant.
